Open Eudora. Press on Tools Menu. Then press on Options, as shown below.

Insure that your Username is in the Real Name Area. Insure that your Email Address is in the Return Address. pop.surfside.net should be inputed as your Mail Server (Incoming). Insure that your Username is placed in the Login Name Area. smtp.surfside.net should be inputed as your SMTP Sever (Outgoing). Click on OK, You're setup correctly.
