Open Netscape Mail 4.x. Press on Edit Menu. Then press on Preferences, as shown below.

Press on Identity on the left. Enter your Username in Your name. Enter your Email Address in Email address.

Click on Mail Servers on the left Click on Edit, Type in pop.surfside.net as your Incoming Mail Server. Type in smtp.surfside.net for Outgoing mail (SMTP) server. Enter your Username. Click OK. You're finished! Account is setup!
