Insure that pop.surfside.net is in the Incoming mail (POP3). Insure that smtp.surfside.net is in the Outgoing mail (SMTP). Insure that your account name is correct, and that there is NO @surfside.net at the end. Re-type your password very carefully, it is case-sensitive. Log on using Secure Password Authentication should be Unchecked. My server requires authentication should be checked. Then press on the Connection tab. Click to View Next Step.
