
- Open Microsoft
Outlook Express.
- Press on Tools
Menu.
- Then press on
Accounts, as shown below.

- Press on the
Mail Tab.
- Highlight mail.surfside.net
- Press on the
Properties Button on the right hand side.

- Insure that
your Username is in the Name Area.
- Insure that
your email address with a @surfside.net address is
in the E-mail Area.
- A tick should
be by "Include this account when recieving mail or synchronizing".
- Then press on
the Servers tab.

- Insure that
pop.surfside.net is in the Incoming mail
(POP3).
- Insure that
smtp.surfside.net is in the Outgoing mail
(SMTP).
- Insure that
your account name is correct, and that there is NO
@surfside.net at the end.
- Re-type your
password very carefully, it is case-sensitive.
- Log on using
Secure Password Authentication should be Unchecked.
- My server requires
authentication should be checked.
- Then press on
the Connection tab.

- Insure that
there is a tick in "Always connect to this account using:"
- Surfside
should be in the box right underneath as shown below.
- Press on Apply,
then OK.
- Your finished!
All settings are correct.
