Adding a New Connection

You should have an icon on your desktop called My Network places. Right-click it and go to properties.

The Resulting window looks like:

Double-Click Make New Connection.  It brings up the Network Connection Wizard:

Click on the Next button.

Select Dial-up to the Internet.  Click on the Next button.

Select I Want to set up my Internet connection manually.  Click on the Next button.

Select I connect through a phone line and a modem.  Click on the Next button

Enter the phone number like above.  Click on the Next button.

Enter e-mail user name and password.   Click on the Next button.

Enter a name for your connection.  Click on the Next button.

Select No.  Click on the Next button. 

If you do not want to connect to the internet immediately uncheck the box.  Click on the Finish button.
